CHESTERTOWN, Md. — Entry forms for 2025 Northeast VKA events at Genesee Valley (Avon, NY), Nicholson Speedway (Chestertown, Md.), Kelly’s Motorsports Park (Batavia, N.Y.) and LaFayette Motorsports Park (LaFayette, N.Y.) are now available at vkakarting.com/schedule.

First up is the annual visit to Western New York and the newly renamed Genesee Valley Motorsports Complex (GVMC) (formerly Genesee Valley Kart Club) Thursday-Saturday, June 5-7. This is the 16th Annual Vintage Karting Reunion at Avon and it’s a three-day event including Thursday practice.

The VKA Northeast show at Nicholson is set for Friday-Saturday, July 11-12. Nicholson is a tight, tricky 1/4-mile sprint track that continues with a strong club following. The track has hosted a number of national and regional kart races over the years, and the area is known for its excellent restaurants and fresh seafood near the Chesapeake Bay.

In late July, early August VKA Northeast will visit Kelly’s Motorsports Park in Batavia, N.Y., between Rochester and Buffalo for the second year since the track was freshly renovated. A number of improvements have been made since our event in late 2025. The date for the VKA Kelly’s round is July 31-August 2.

In September we’ll head to upstate New York at LMP. The VKA 25th Anniversary race at LaFayette takes place Sept. 19-20, a terrific time of year to enjoy the scenic Central New York region. The 0.4-mile track is located just east of the Fingerlakes, about 20 minutes south of Syracuse.
