How much acetone?

A thread in another 2-cycle forum mentioned that folks are having trouble mixing pure castor and VP110 race gas. It seems that VP110 is the only issue, and they recommend using acetone or toulene to help blend the mix. My question is how much acetone is safe and needed per gallon of fuel?

Using Acetone as a blender is an option but it is very hard on the seals — I have had the best luck with ELF-909 oil — it is a little pricey but I have found no other oil to use in gasoline that is better, including castor — mixes well with every gas I have used and it is a tremendous lubricant —CAUTION: it will absolutely not mix with methanol

@paulffield I agree, C12 is slightly better,…has a lower specific gravity.
