I had a problem with a 3/8"old cast brake caliper bracket braking off at the bolts to bearing area these were cast by GEM? or others......I was using the MCP braking kit and these work great!(please no thats the way they ran back in the day issues this is safety) but the size and the stopping power of the dual piston caliper maybe a factor in the brake age....Collin at K and P bug has a few 1/2" billett caliper brackets that hold the Airheart calipers as well as the MCP with a little work....I got out of this fine as I am SLOW but others may not be as lucky....this maybe a good issure for future tech cast caliper brackets should be looked at.....Bob Kindoll has a rotor explode on his duel at Lancaster there may also be a problem with the old airheart rotors heat cycleing and becoming brittle so you FAST guys may want to put a new rotor on
