Colm, Good points!
Even with a tech sticker, something might have changed on your kart after getting that sticker ... we work on our karts, things can break, etc.... Take a few minutes and look over the other guy's kart next to you before they leave the pits to head to the grid. Look out for each other, someone else looking your equipment over can catch things you missed, or provide some safety advice worth learning.
Also, bring lots of cotter pins, safety wire, pre-drilled bolts / pins ... use them or share them ... safety is everyone's concern.
