Hello everyone. I need to rebuild a Burco Clutch and need some help.
It's currently on a BM engine (not sure what model).
My kart experience is limited to basic karts w/Briggs 5HPs so please bare w/me.

1st up is clutch removal. I'm assuming I can hold the front of the crank (under the carb) with a wrench to keep the motor from spinning and remove the Allen head bolt holding the clutch on. This is standard RH thread correct? Seems pretty tight and I didn't want to break the thing.

Next up would be clutch tear down. I've seen some diagrams but not anything that looked like the model I have. The front cover has BC421 on it and it's a 9 tooth gear. The clutch slings oil like crazy so I need a new gasket for sure. It gets hot pretty quickly so I'm assuming it's over slipping. The drum is pretty expensive so I'm hoping I can salvage this one.

1) Where can I get parts?
2) How do I know if I'm getting the correct parts?
3) What type of oil do I use and how much?

Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
A link to a rebuild video would be amazing - haven't found one yet.
Thanks in advance.

mostly trying to save you some hassles and confussion as i'm pretty well known bonb thrower when it comes to rules and such.
often i am in the middle of some sort of dramadespite my good intensions.
